Tonight is the night I have been waiting for - I am finally taking my cooking class at La Scuola di Eataly. We will be making Spring risotto. Doesn't that sound delicious? Even better, one of my new blogging buddies will be joining me for the class and I can't wait to meet her in person! I promise to share all the details with you ASAP.

 

It is difficult to believe, but tomorrow, we are off to pick up our youngest son after his first year in college. I started this blog as a way to keep myself busy to ward off "empty nest" syndrome - little did I know how much I would grow from the blogging experience and how quickly time would fly when I have been keeping busy "wandering" the world!!
