On My Radar Screen

It's hard to believe it's already Friday...it means I have exactly one week until my guests begin arriving for the holidays!

Here are few fun things on my radar screen this week:

Here in my town of Greenwich, CT, one resident knows how to do Christmas right! Paul Tudor Jones, hedge fund magnate and philanthropist, creates a light show every year at his home. The timing of the lights are synchronized with music that plays on 90.5 FM radio. Cars may have to wait in line for up to an hour to see the light show, but it is definitely worth the wait. This years show will run until December 22nd. Above is a video of the show from two years ago for those of you who are not near Connecticut.

Gordon Ramsay's Plane Food at London Heathrow

The Daily Meal selects the Best Airport Restaurants around the world.

Just in time for the US Season Premier on January 6th, Brit Movie Tours presents a three day long  Downton Abbey Tour Experience.

Tish Jett, from A Femme D' Un Certain Age writes a great post exporing the difference between speaking "English" and "American".

Joanna Goddard, from Cup of Jo, shares a travel fantasy through Shelter Co. - a luxury camping experience. Would you like to go glamping (glamour+camping!)?

Have a lovely weekend!!
